From April 12 to September 4, don’t miss Il video rende felici. Videoarte in Italia (“Video Makes You Happy – Video Art in Italy”, Rome, Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna and Palazzo delle Esposizioni): not a simple exhibition, but the first survey ever carried out in our country on the production of video art and arthouse cinema, one of the most interesting areas of experimentation in contemporary visual and audiovisual research. The exhibition includes over 360 video and film works, 20 installations and the overall involvement of over 100 artists. A significant number of titles come from the collections of the Cineteca Nazionale and the Archivio Nazionale Cinema Impresa of Ivrea, with films-among others-by Franco Angeli, Luca Patella, Mario Schifano, Alfredo Leonardi.
