He dubbed several great international stars, like Al Pacino (Giannini and Amendola have been the famous actor’s official voice for years), Jack Nicholson, Michael Douglas, Gérard Depardieu, Jeremy Irons, Dustin Hoffman (in 'Marathon Man'), Ian McKellen (in 'Richard III'), Ryan O’Neal (in 'Barry Lyndon') e Leonard Whiting (in 'Romeo and Juliet'). He was awarded with prestigious prizes both in Italy (David di Donatello and Nastro d’Argento) and abroad (Cannes Film Festival). He was Oscar nominated for Best Actor in 'Pasqualino Settebellezze' by Lina Wertmüller at the 1977 Academy Awards.
