Issue 603 of "Bianco e nero" has just been released and is dedicated to a couple of artists who represent the best of CSC (as graduates and as teachers). They have made Italian cinema great in the last thirty years: Francesca Calvelli, editor and reference teacher of the editing course at the Centro Sperimentale, and Marco Bellocchio, a graduate of the CSC and one of the most important directors of our cinema.

Together they have created masterpieces such as My Mother's Smile, Vincere, Good Morning, Night and the recent TV series on Aldo Moro Esterno notte. Calvelli is also the editor of important films and series, having worked with directors such as Cristina Comencini, Marco Tullio Giordana, Daniele Ciprì and Saverio Costanzo for the series My Brilliant Friend.

The issue of "Bianco e Nero" contains a long interview with them, made by Alberto Crespi and Enrico Magrelli, who is also the issue’s curator. Among others, Gianni Amelio, Daniele Vicari, Ludovica Rampoldi, Fabrizio Gifuni, Toni Servillo and Roberto Perpignani writes on this issue of "Bianco e Nero". The issue is largely illustrated with unpublished drawings by Marco Bellocchio, kindly provided by his production company Kavac Film. The magazine is available in the best Italian bookstores, in our bookshop and in the major online platforms (IBS, Amazon, LaFeltrinelli, Hoepli).
